We ship all orders same day shipping deadline is 2 PM PST Monday-Friday.

You may cancel your order prior to shipping without any penalty.   If the item has shipped please contact us for further information on how you can return the item.

We ship only in the US and we use USPS, Fedex and UPS.  We try our best to ship anywhere in the US within 5 business days or less.
